Once your order is complete, please go to Etsy messages and send us a message with the following information:
1. Attach a clear photo of your child's handwritten name and/or artwork.
Photos with a black marker on white paper work best but are not required. We will try to work with any handwriting or drawing sent.
2. Photos sent should be clear and shadow free.
3. Your name and order number.
